Cancellation policy

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect payment deposit at checkout for all items.  WE DO NOT CANCEL OR REFUND PREORDER PRODUCTS.
You can not cancel a paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. If you have an order with a preorder item(s) and an in stock item(s), they will be shipped together when the preorder item is available.
